By placing an order with Ape Born Club, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Modifications & Cancellations (12-Hour Window)
We begin processing orders immediately after purchase.
- Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase
- Requests must be submitted to support@apebornclub.com with your order number
- After 12 hours, orders are locked for fulfilment and cannot be cancelled or modified
If an order has been assigned tracking or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow the refund process below.
The Ape Born Club Guarantee (Hassle-Free Refunds)
At Ape Born Club, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. That’s why we stand behind our products with a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Because our fulfillment centers are located internationally, return shipping can often be expensive and environmentally unfriendly.
👉 Therefore, we do not require you to ship items back to us to receive a refund.
The "Ape Born Club Promise" (Full Refund via Donation)
If the product is in good condition but simply didn’t meet your expectations, we offer an eco-friendly resolution:
- Donate the product to a local charity, community organization, or someone in need
- Email support@apebornclub.com with your order number
- Provide a photo of the donation or proof of drop-off
Once verified, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time depends on your provider (Stripe, PayPal, or bank)
- Refunds may be partial or denied if items are used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition
- A $10 return handling fee may be deducted from approved refunds when applicable
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
Certain products sold by Ape Born Club may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
These items will be clearly labeled on the product page before purchase.
By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree that Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
This applies to:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size or selection
- Subjective dissatisfaction
Important Note
Final Sale exclusions do not apply if an item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery
- Report issues within 48 hours to support@apebornclub.com
- Provide clear photo evidence
Once verified, we will issue a free replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping, Tracking & “Item Not Received” Claims
- Standard USA delivery timeframe: 7–15 business days
- A tracking number is provided for every order
Chargeback Protection Clause
An order cannot be claimed as “Item Not Received” if:
- Tracking shows the order is still in transit within the delivery timeframe
- Tracking confirms successful delivery
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Friendly Resolution Policy (Required Before Disputes)
At Ape Born Club, we are committed to resolving all issues quickly and fairly.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to:

- Allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue before filing a dispute
We respond within 24 hours and document every case.
Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account restrictions or denial of future service.
Unauthorized Disputes & Abuse
We reserve the right to:
- Contest chargebacks that violate our policies
- Provide payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) with order records, tracking, and communication history
Fraudulent claims or abuse may result in permanent account bans.
